HOW TO FIND US

Alsterhaus is located on Jungfernstieg in central Hamburg, just a stone’s throw away from the Inner Alster lake. The quickest way to get here is via the bus/underground/urban rail station ‘Jungfernstieg’. To plan your journey, please visit the site of Hamburg’s public transport provider at hvv.de

If you are coming by car, the store can be reached via Poststrasse. Turn off onto the street called ‘Bei der Stadtwassermühle’, where you will find the entrance to the store’s multistorey car park, which is open around the clock. The maximum vehicle height is 1.95 metres. Parking costs €4.00 an hour between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., and €1.50 an hour between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. The maximum day charge is €28.00 and the maximum night charge is €5.00.

We would like to inform you that Jungfernstieg is traffic-calmed from October 16th. For this reason, you can only reach our parking garage via the Gänsemarkt or Stadthausbrücke. It is no longer possible to reach us via the Jungfernstieg. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
