The Alsterhaus Hamburg multistorey car park is located on ‘Bei der Stadtwassermühle’, which can be accessed via Poststrasse.

Payment can be made in cash, by Girocard (debit card) or by credit card (MasterCard, VISA) on level 1. Payment machines can be found on levels 1 and 2.

BY UNDERGROUND/URBAN RAIL (U-BAHN/S-BAHN)

Alsterhaus is right next to Jungfernstieg station, a major transport interchange. The station is served by the U1, U2, U4, S1 and S3 lines.

BY BUS

Directly in front of the Alsterhaus, the bus stop is called Jungfernstieg.

BY PLANE

From Hamburg Airport, take the S-Bahn to the Jungfernstieg stop.

BY TRAIN

Take the U1, U2, U4, S1 or S3 underground/urban rail lines to Jungfernstieg station
